three men
chased me down the
street
for taking these shots
all was sweet
when they, realised
my focus was the street
and that I was not
politie

Nice work – love the quote and the words. There is so much art and beauty in our daily lives that we don’t see – a camera helps.
Thanks for sharing.
Thank you for taking a look Bill, and I agree totally!
are you serious, did you really get chased? Wow how scary was that, presumably you ended up talking to them? x
Yes, they chased me down the street, they were obviously up
to no good and thought I was an undercover police photographer. Scary for a moment then I explained in atrocious French that I was a street photographer and he laughed and walked away…
omg how terrible bet your heart nearly came out of your chest. Hah at the end bit i can just imagine it, did you feel like you lost a few pounds after that, I would have lost a stone with the excitement and fear of it all lol x
Yes, the exercise may have been good for me…
what you won’t do for art! Be careful out there. Great shots, though.
Thank you Lois…not the first time, that was in Belgrade and in involved dogs and a gun…
Oh, boy. And I sit waiting for more…whenever you are ready. Please.
Thank you, soon, I think…
Heheh, not polite 🙂 Really great photos Andy – I especially like locked and mirrored.
Thank you. It was a fun shoot!
I am partial to the red recycling dumpster… Is that the shot that got you chased?
Thank you and yes the dumpster was the cause of my woe…
Glad you made it out unscathed!
Who knows what my next adventure will bring…
Cool entry with industrial, dystopic looking shots!
Thank you, expect many more like this… 😉
Love this ❤ with smile to U 🙂
Thank you, whilst I don’t understand the language in which you write your poetry (Polish?) I do love the images that you use, do you take them yourself?

For my pleasure!! 🙂
I love the urban energy of the post. The images are gritty real but you have placed them in a context where they become art. Love the words.
Thank you, I love to capture urban grit so your comment is very much appreciated!
I am drawn to the graffiti and dumpster pictures. I love the dystopian feel to them! Keep up the great work.
Thank you, I’m glad you liked it!
