  1. This is kind of freaky. I mentioned the other day when you quoted Kerouac that I had recently read On The Road. Well, I also recently read Of Mice and Men. And Murakami’s South of the Border, West of the Sun is on my “to read” list.

  2. Fabulous Andy. Love them. Do you use the standard camera app to capture the images or something else?
I love the photo with the open doors and two people facing each other inside. And the one threw up from that with the guy rushing past the train with the doors slightly open.
    These are all fabulous. Inspired.

    • Thank you! This was an experimental set, I sat on a bench on the platform, balanced my phone on my knee and every few minutes fired away. Then I used Silver Efex Pro on my Mac to edit them, to give the mono effect – now I realise I need to update the note at the foot of the post..

  3. Oooh i love these, they really have your stamp on them, edgy and gritty at the same time. but what I love most is you saying this: What is really exciting is these were shot from my knee and for me it shows me that there is always something special right under our noses, if we can only pause for a moment, and see. – now this is a new quote you realize? I might be asking to use this in the future if you dont mind? grins xx
