I’m afraid this beautiful photo of the Belgian pride – peeing, of all things – is going to stir up a lot of excitment from Patagonia, and the meaning may be lost.
Oh, Lucile!
Just a preemptive action; you may want to prepare for the replica.
I will stiffen my sinews.
When my dog was a puppy and I was housebreaking him, I used the phrase “Get, Busy”, which to even to this day can invoke a release of one kind or another from him. Question: Why is it every time I use the toilet my dog sits next to me and waits? Do you think he is trying to train me? ;\ Loving the shot brings, back memories when I visited Brussels.
Dogs will always seek to gain the upper hand? Brussel not quite so boring perhaps? Thank you 😉
This photo combined with tightshot’s comment gave me an idea for a fountain of my own. A dog lifting his leg up to to relieve himself on the tire of a car.
Good idea Amy, can’t help thinking how it would be treated as a Weekly Photo Challenge 😉
Sorry, I can’t even… And I won’t. 😛
Holding it in?
But not much longer.
Relief may come soon?
I hope so! Do you know anything about it?
Yes, I do.
You don’t say!
I do, indubitably.
Well that gave me a giggle!! My boys havs a habit of being like dogs and thinking they can just pee anywhere i suppose theres something libersting in that
Boys will be boys? But hopefully not, as in this case, to greet people as they enter a restaurant?
haha thats funny i missed this, yup they might if they were allowed lol x
You will need to keep a close eye on them then…
oh i do, don’t you worry, they have mastered whipping it in and out, quick piddle, faster than lightening the deed is done
No words. Really…
Oh Belgium. You gotta love a country known for peeing. Nice shot. I do take pics of lil’ pupper peeing sometimes. I even have a post about it. Very low brow. Yours though, more highbrow😄
Thank you. It is a curious country where a national icon is a small boy peeing in the street as everyone fights to photo the act!
LOL Andy that’s fabulous. Heh heh. What a giggle.
Thank you…what a crazy country?
Very. But I want to visit anyway!!
Good plan!
They better have good mussels and bread there! They do at ours: http://www.mannequinpis.com/
We go there infrequently, but they offer the *best* steamed mussels I’ve ever eaten, with a white wine sauce, and delicious crusty bread. They also have an excellent beer list. Yum!
Sounds delicious Mitch, I didn’t try the food in this place, it is an alley off the grote markt and is a notorious tourist trap…
